Do I need to listen to the activations in order?

No—this is a nonlinear journey. Each activation opens its own portal, and you’ll intuitively know which one is calling you. That said, if you’re unsure, the sequence flows intentionally from “meeting yourself” into “embodying more of her.”

How much time does this take?

Each activation is around 15–20 minutes, plus integration time if you choose to journal. This experience was designed to fit into real life—you can move through it at your own pace, return to it often, and make it your own.
